Staff Benefits & Resources

Human Resources

NFONAP has about 50 teaching staff plus it twelve administrative staff. This team is manage by the Dean of Studies and Director.

Benefits & Rewards

Staff at NFONAP benefit from outing allowance, teaching allowance and others. In addition, the staff benefit from career advancement, and salary increase each year.

All the staff and children are entitled to some support as stipulated by the Social scheme of the school.

Staff Learning & Growth

Each year, seminars are organized by the institution to enhanced the staff competence.

Safety & Support

The campus is constructed taking into consideration safety norms, and a fire extinguisher is available in the various offices.

School Resources

The Dean is in charge of handling all the school affairs in collaboration with the various heads of departments. Nevertheless, the directors oversees all the activities.

School Financial Activities

The accountant in collaboration with the Dean of studies and the director are in charge of financial activities in school.

School Development

The whole administration of the school is in charge of any enhancement in the school structure or beautification of the campus.

Lectures at NFONAP are done following a skilled-centered approach. On campus, both the staff and students got access to free internet.

The school has a physical library with more than 5000+ books covering various domains of study. The school is building a virtual library.

Research

Research & Scholarship

All the staff at NFONAP are entitled to a yearly research fee to support their research.

Research Training

We have a fully dedicated team to guide new staff and researchers on how to effectively carry out their research work.

The school has four laboratories. A computer and electronics lab, demonstration room, medical laboratory and agricultural lab.
